General Nurse

The General Nurse will provide direct patient care, monitor patient health status, and collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality care. They will assess, plan, and implement patient care plans, ensuring that all nursing practices adhere to safety, ethical, and professional standards. The role also involves educating patients and families about medical conditions and treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to nursing protocols and procedures.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs, health status, and response to treatments.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as per doctor’s orders.
• Assist physicians with medical procedures and diagnostic tests.
• Provide patient education on health conditions, medication management, and post-discharge care.
• Ensure proper documentation of patient information, including care plans and progress notes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols at all times.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families, addressing their concerns and needs.

Skills & Experiences

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Valid PRC license as a Registered Nurse.
• At least 3-5 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Proficient in patient assessment, medication administration, and emergency care procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Compassionate and empathetic, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including assisting patients with mobility.
• Willingness to participate in Continuing Professional Education (CPE) and stay updated on best practices in nursing care.
